How do I find out about openings?

All current opportunities at DentaQuest are listed under our employment listings. When a position closes, it will be removed from our website.

How long will the application process take to complete online?

The process should take between 15 – 20 minutes to complete online.

What if I receive a "Current Action Temporarily Unavailable" message directly after uploading a resume?

This typically occurs only when your resume file name is either too long, or contains special symbols such as parentheses, asterisks, slashes, etc. If you reduce the file name to less than 14 characters and remove any symbols from the file name, the issue should resolve.

I want to send in hard copies of my resume and cover letter. Where can I send these? 

All applications must be submitted online.   

I can't remember my password. Can you help me?

If you do not recall the email address and or password used, please select either 'Forgot your password?' or the 'Do not have a password?' link. If your email address is on file, we will send your existing or new login credentials to that email address.

What should I do if I can't reset the password on the account?

When you try to reset the password and there is more than one profile created, the system does not know which profile to reset and you are typically locked out. When this occurs, contact the Human Resources Recruitment department as they will need to change the email address manually on the old profile to allow you to reset the password.

I just submitted my profile but need to make a correction. What should I do?

Under Current Openings, click on Update Your Profile. You can log-in to your account to make changes to your profile.

How do I use my existing profile to apply for multiple jobs?

To apply using an existing profile, you will first click on the job listing you are interested in. Below the job description, select "Existing Resume/CV" and log into you profile when prompted. Once you have logged in, look at the submittal history where you see the previous applications and click "Submit this profile" to the right. This will submit your information and if you are presented with an Electronic Application form, your previous answers will still be populated. Continue through the form and update any information as needed. Once you click "Submit and Continue", you will receive confirmation that the application has been submitted.

Does DentaQuest have an internship program?

Ocassionally, we will hire College students for specific summer internship roles.  These will be posted in our Current Openings.

What is the recruitment process?

Once you have submitted your complete application, it is reviewed and qualified candidates maybe contacted for an interview.  Depending on the type and level of the position you may have to return for a number of different interview stages.

What do I do when the "Continue" button on the last page of Application process does not allow me to advance to the review page so I can submit the Application? 

The "Brief description of job" and "Reason for leaving" fields have a maximum of 500 characters but the system does not stop you from typing once you have reached that limit. When you reach the last page, the continue button does not let you proceed. Try using the "Previous" button on the page, (not the browser back button) to navigate back to the "Employer History" page and check to see if the "Brief description of job" or Reason for leaving fields has a red border. If it does, that means you have more than the 500 character limit so you will need to shorten the text that you entered. Once you shorten the text, the application should allow you to proceed and finish. If you do not see a field with a red border on the "Employer History" page, then check the other pages in the application form as well." In addition please make sure to follow the below guidelines:

 

1) Always complete the application within a 60 min time frame.

2) Use up to date versions of FF, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

3) Clear temp files and cookies before starting application process. Be sure to let the process fully complete and close all web browsers, then open the eForm link if trying to complete an eForm received via email link.

4) Have all info pre-gathered to limit research time.

5) Follow all field data format requirements, example for phone numbers (###-###-####) and for dates (MM/DD/YYYY), never place N/A in a date field or phone number field, or 00/0000 for a date field.

6) If any field is outlined in red, correct the issue as requested before moving forward in the application.

7) If you need to go back in the application, use the buttons in the program, not the browser back and forward buttons.

8) Use a computer, not phone or tablet.
